Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the production stage.

2. Quality Issues

If products arrive damaged or do not meet agreed specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Custom/OEM Orders

Custom-branded and OEM products are non-refundable once production begins, as they are made to your specifications. Sample approval is required before mass production to ensure satisfaction.

4. Shipping Damage

We recommend inspecting goods upon arrival. Any shipping damage should be documented with photos and reported within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve claims.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15-30 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
